Common Classes Raced:

Novice Class: RUN WHAT YA BRUNG CLASS! Any 1/10th scale electric vehicle, any size brushed or brushless motor allowed, lipo or nimh battery ok, class geared for kids 12 and under, or a big kid “adult” just starting out, main rule for this class is to HAVE FUN!!!

17.5 Non-Timing (Blinky) Short Course: 1/10th scale production RTR 2wd short course truck, SC10, Slash, Blitz, Strike, XXX-SCT, Ultima SC, etc., 2wd, any RTR BRUSHED motor that comes with RTR kit allowed or 17.5 brushless motor, 2 cell lipo or 6-7 cell nimh batteries allowed, production short course tires, (no 1/8th scale tires/conversions allowed), short course truck body, no timing or boost allowed in the speed control, ROAR approved 0 timing speed controls only.

Sportsman or Expert Modified Short Course Truck: : 1/10th scale production short course truck, 2wd, any size brushed or brushless motor allowed, 2 cell lipo or 6-7 cell nimh battery, production short course tire/wheel (no 1/8th scale tires/conversions allowed), short course truck body.

Sportsman or Expert 2wd Buggy: 1/10th scale production 2wd buggy, any size brushed or brushless motor (540 motor can), production tires (no homemade tires), 2 cell lipo or 6-7 cell nimh battery.

17.5 Non-Timing (Blinky) 2wd Buggy: 1/10th scale production 2wd buggy, 17.5 brushless motor (540 motor can), production tires (no homemade tires), 2 cell lipo or 6-7 cell nimh battery, no timing or boost allowed in the speed control, ROAR approved 0 timing speed controls only.

4wd Buggy: 1/10th scale production 4wd buggy, any size brushed or brushless motor (540 motor can), production tires (no homemade tires), 2 cell lipo or 6-7 cell nimh battery.

Short Course Buggy: 1/10th scale production short course buggy (Associated SC10B, Losi SCB or Kyosho DB), 2 cell lipo or 6-7 cell nimh battery, production short course tires only, any size 540 brushed or brushless motor allowed. NEW GROWING CLASS!

5 min qualifiers & 6 min main event. Novice class 5 min main event.
